Welcome to QR Code Generator! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://qrcode-generator.shop/ (the "Service"), owned and operated by ZHANG BIN ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Our Service provides users with a tool to generate Quick Response (QR) codes from user-submitted information, such as website URLs or text. The Service is accessible to all users, with a free tier and a one-time 100-download package.

2. User-Generated Content

The Service is a tool for personal use. You are not able to post, publish, or share content publicly on our website. You are solely responsible for the content you input to generate QR codes ("User Input").

3. Download Packages and Payments

• Free Tier: Users may generate and preview QR codes for free. Each browser receives up to three (3) free PNG downloads per day, resetting at midnight UTC.
• Paid Package: The 100-download package adds 100 PNG downloads for $4.49 USD. You can download 100 times of QR Code. The package provides additional downloads using the same generator and customization tools.
• Billing: Each package is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Applicable taxes and the total payable are shown by Creem before payment.
• Payment Processing: Creem acts as the merchant of record and handles checkout, taxes and receipts under its Buyer Terms. We provide the Service and customer support. We do not collect or store your full payment card details on our servers.
• Delivery and Use: After payment confirmation, 100 downloads are added to the browser wallet used to start checkout on our pricing page. Free downloads are used first, followed by one paid download per PNG export. Paid downloads can be used over multiple days, do not expire and can be added by buying another package.
• Restoring Access: Save your private recovery key before paying. Use it to restore your wallet on another browser or after clearing cookies. Contact our support with your Creem receipt or order number if you need help accessing a purchase.
• Refunds: Package payments are generally non-refundable, subject to the exceptions and mandatory consumer rights in our Refund Policy.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You are fully responsible for the User Input you use to create QR codes. You agree not to generate QR codes that link to or contain:

• Illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
• Malware, viruses, or any other malicious code (phishing, etc.).
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Hate speech, defamatory, or discriminatory content.

Furthermore, you agree not to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, including but not limited to attempting to circumvent our usage limits, reverse-engineering our platform, or introducing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our Service: We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its design, software, branding, and all other components. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service as described in these Terms.
• Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to your User Input. The QR code generated from your input is yours to use as you see fit, subject to the responsibilities outlined in Section 4.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZHANG BIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; or (c) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZHANG BIN from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Kong to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer protections, remedies or jurisdiction rights that apply under the law of your place of residence.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" at the top. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
