Last Updated: November 6, 2026
ZHANG BIN ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website https://qrcode-generator.shop/ (the "Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your information.
Our core principle is to collect the minimum amount of information necessary to provide and improve our Service.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
We designed our Service with your privacy as a priority.
- QR Code Content: We do not collect, store, log, or access the content (whether a URL or text) that you enter to generate your QR codes. The generation process happens in your browser, and this information is never sent to or stored on our servers. Colors, selected styles and custom logos may be saved in your browser for your convenience. QR content and exported PNG files are processed locally.
2. Information We Collect
We only collect information that is essential for the operation and improvement of our Service.
- Purchase and Download Information: We store a hashed wallet identifier, checkout, order and transaction identifiers, payment or reversal status, and download usage records. These records enable us to deliver your package, manage the remaining downloads, restore access and resolve purchase issues. If you contact support, we receive your email address, message and the purchase details you provide.
- Payment Information: Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem will collect the information necessary to process your payment (such as your name, credit card information, and billing address). We do not receive or store your full payment card details ourselves. Creem also collects your purchase email and processes checkout information under its Privacy Notice.
- Hosting and Technical Data: Our hosting providers may process IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect the Service. The current website does not run advertising or analytics trackers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the limited information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and operate our Service.
- To process and manage your download package and remaining balance.
- To communicate with you regarding your account or for customer support.
- To maintain service reliability and improve our Service.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third parties. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate our Service, such as Creem (for purchases) and hosting providers (for delivery and security). Their handling of personal data is governed by applicable agreements and privacy notices.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
5. Cookies
Like most websites, we use cookies. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device. When wallet services are available, we use an essential first-party cookie to connect your browser to your download wallet. During static hosting, the daily free download count is stored locally in your browser. This cookie can last up to 400 days. Save your recovery key before clearing cookies. Editor preferences and custom logos may also be stored locally in your browser. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, some parts of our Service may not function properly.
6. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under 13. While our tool can be used by individuals of any age as it does not collect sensitive data, we encourage parents and guardians to supervise your children's online activities. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect the information we collect from loss, theft, and unauthorized use or modification. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
We retain purchase and usage records as needed to provide your balance, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal requirements. For access, correction, deletion or other rights under applicable privacy law, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your request and retain records where required by law.
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date." We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
